Santoku is a sophisticated Japanese fine dining restaurant in Accra, offering world-class Asian fusion cuisine inspired by the creators of Nobu in London and Dubai. True to its name, meaning “innovation and experimentation,” Santoku delivers a unique culinary experience that blends traditional Japanese techniques with modern flavors.

The menu features a contemporary sharing concept, encouraging diners to order multiple small plates to share, allowing for a diverse and immersive tasting experience. Dishes are served as they’re prepared, ensuring freshness and a seamless flow of flavors.

For private occasions, the elegant dining room, separated by bamboo-accented glass panels, accommodates up to 18 guests around a handmade reclaimed wood table with a bespoke chef’s menu. Guests can also enjoy the outside terrace, which seats up to 50, and indulge in Santoku’s modern Japanese cuisine under the open skies.

The restaurant’s design combines ancient Eastern philosophy with modern Western aesthetics. Elements like traditional Japanese woodwork and bamboo-crafted ceilings, curated by Hubert du Givenchy, elevate Santoku’s tranquil yet luxurious ambiance in its exclusive residential location.
